How to Apply for a Business/Mayor's Permit

           The Business Permit and Licensing Office (BPLO) is accepting application for NEW Business Owner who wants to starts business in the municipality and RENEWAL for existing businesses. BPLO is open from 8:00 am to 5::00 pm (no Noon Break) Monday thru Friday except Holidays.

  • DTI Registration (For Single Proprietor) SEC Registration (For Corporation) CDA Registration (For Cooperative)
  • Cedula (CTC)
  • Barangay Business Permit (Where the Business Establishment resides)
  • Business Permit Application Form
  • Treasurer’s Payment
  • Receipt and Clearance
  • Sanitary Permit Certificate
  • Fire Safety Inspection Certificate (FSIC)
  • Market Clearance (For Stall Owners/Occupant)
  • Occupancy Permit Building Permit Contract of Lease
  • Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) Registration/Certification (For Animal Clinics and Feeds Stores/Supplier)
  • Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) (For Coco Lumber Permit)
  • Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC)
