Mandate – Title II of the LGC of 1991 is the Real Property Taxation,Section 198, Fundamental Principles- The Appraisal, assessment, levy and colection of RPT.

Vision – The Municipal Assessor’s Office is a real property tax department committed to attain maximum efficiency in the appraisal and assessment of real properties for taxation purposes and adopting the principles of professionalism for taxpayers and clientele satisfaction through quality service.

Mission – To implement policies and procedures provided by law in order to generate sustainable revenues from real properties through an equitable appraisal and assessment of real properties.

Organizational Outcome – Maintenance of data base of assessment records and continuoing inventory and validation of real properties taxable and exempt within the territorial jurisdiction of the municipality.
