Mandate – Formulate integrated economic, social, physical and other development plans and policies for consideration of the local development council. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of the different program, activities and projects in the LGU concerned in accordance with the approved development plans.

Vision – To realize the development goals and objectives of the municipality through operationalization of its development policies.
