Mandate – The Sangguniang Bayan Secretariat shall take charge of keeping all records of the Sanggunian, seal of the LGU, forward copies of approved legislation and perform such other duties and functions.

Vision – To maintain the records and other pertinent documents of the Sanggunian.

Mission – To safekeep all records of the Sanggunian as reference in the future.

Organizational Outcome – To provide the public and private individuals of all information on legislation and other access to government services.
