Mandate – The SB, as the legislative body of the municipality , shall enact ordinances, approve resolutions and appropriate funds for the welfare of the LGU and constituents.

Vision – To adopt resolutions and enact ordinances that will address to the present needs of the constituents.

Mission – To deliver effectively and efficiently the services that the constituents are entitled to received through legislation.

Organizational Outcome – The continuity of the delivery of basic servcies as a result of good governance and transparancy.
